We have a list of empty properties. You choose one, fix a purchase price for the future, and move in straight away by renting it from us whilst saving up for a deposit and mortgage. We'll even contribute to your savings.
Here's the nice bit... as an example, if we today fix your purchase price at £100,000 and you decide to buy it in 5 years time, it may then have increased in value to £150,000 - in which case you will be buying a £150,000 house for only £100,000. You could even sell the house the next day for £150,000 and make a £50,000 profit!
